KENNESAW, GA (April 23, 2018) -- To further strengthen and expand the selection of locally crafted products and unique regional resources featured at the August 17-20, 2018 edition of the Seattle Gift Show, Urban Expositions announces a new partnership with Seattle Made and a brand new gourmet product section– Northwest Flavors. Together with the show’s popular features, including Makers’ Market, Urban Craft Uprising Pavilion, the Seattle Mart partnership and others, the newest initiatives give Northwest retailers even more ways to make their stores stand out.
“We are very excited about our new partnership with Seattle Made,” says Shashin Patel, show director, Seattle Gift Show | Urban Expositions. “Like our partnership with Urban Craft Uprising, the Seattle Gift Show’s joint effort with Seattle Made is designed to support and strengthen local businesses by providing a cost-effective, convenient way for local manufacturers and artisans to connect with local and regional retailers.”
Through the new partnership, members of Seattle Made are invited to take advantage of a special exhibitor package to participate in the show’s new Northwest Flavors section. Designed to bring food artisans together with specialty and independent retailers seeking sweets, spirits, treats, oils and other gourmet specialties, the newest section will feature tabletop displays from local/regional gourmet food and gift artisans and manufacturers.
“The Seattle Gift Show’s Northwest Flavors section offers a great entry point for our gourmet food members to introduce their lines to regional retailers,” adds Andrea Porter, program coordinator, Seattle Made. “We look forward to kicking off this new partnership in August and working together to find even more ways to build new business growth opportunities for our members.”
